I was thinking about switching out the KYBs I have for Bilstein HDs from Maximum this Fall when I get a set of NT-05s.
This is my suspension set up now:
SUBFRAME CONNECTORS, SOLID STEERING SHAFT, CASTER CAMBER PLATES, AND K-MEMBER BRACE BY MAXIMUM MOTORSPORTS
FORD RACING FRONT CONTROL ARMS
STEEDA SPORT SPRINGS
KYB STRUTS/SHOCKS
GRANNETELLI UPPER AND LOWER REAR CONTROL ARMS
New Power Steering Rack, end links, tie rods, bushings etc
On a street car will it be a noticeable difference with the Bilsteins does anyone think? and what will I notice?
Thanks

I think you'll notice for sure Mark. Bilsteins.....was Saleens choice for a reason, back on the Saleen fox. MM continues to use them to this day.
You know the answer my friend!!
PS: Call me, and I'll let you take PULNGZ out for comparison sake, so that you can better form an opinion.

Yeah, the built in bump stop is the reason I still have my front coil-overs courtesy of a parking lot speed bump with no warnings. (Grrrr...)
You will notice better handling, better ride and a lighter wallet. But worth it!

KYB's are really only marginally better than OEM.

I am sold...Bilsteins it is..
Now I need to decide if I want to do a bump steer kit...I still have slight bump steer at times and it is Irritating..

Bumpsteer is a myth on Mustangs. Talk to MM about it.
Bilsteins are much better than KYB's. The only KYB I would get would be the AGX but never over the Bilsteins.
Oh ya and I wish I had the Sport valved from Bilsteins now that I have the HD's.
Funny you should mention the myth..I read all the crap on the MM site and talked to 2 of their "Experts" and they told me the same thing. I informed them that I never had this issue, until I installed their CC Plates. They did suggest installing new
Sway Bar Bushings-only thing not new in my suspension. So I did that and had The Front End Shop in Brookline NH do a four wheel alingment(They are Mustang Guys).
He had my Fox on the Lift and he said I DO HAVE a Slight Bump Steer condition(showed me why). His Alignment took most of it away, but it is still there. He indicated the next step to correct it was a bump steer kit.
If you drove it you would agree with me.
