    Painted my brake calipers

    Explore Kenny Brown Performance today!!
I started getting my car ready for the season. One of the things that I wanted to do was re-paint the brake calipers from blue to red.
    Before..

Cleaned it up using a degreaser. Sanded it down. Then washed it with soap and water. Let it dry.
Tape up anything that I didn't want to get sprayed.

I used Ford Red engine paint by Rust-oleum. I coated each caliper with two coats of paint, just to make sure that everything was covered.

    After...

Next on the list of things to do is to paint the blue wall behind the brakes a flat black to blend it in the background of the wheel well.

I wanted them to pop. Subtle accents on the car. On the 5.0 on the side the dot is red. On the engine, Where it says, 5.0 HO, around that will be painted red. I just think that the blue and red look well together.
