Need some suggestions. I was trying to unscrew my oil plug on top of the whipple to top off the oil level and I guess I used the wrong sized hex wrench. When I applied pressure it started to round out on me. I then tried using a pair of pliers to unscrew it manually. that Didn't work. I was able to get another hex wrench into the hole and that rounded out. I didn't think it would be such a major problem to unscrew a stupid plug. I then used my drill with the specialty drill doctor bit to back it out. That didn't work. At this point I'm frustrated. Something SO easy shouldn't be this hard.
I contacted Whipple and they have sent me out a new oil plug.
Then I was thinking that maybe when I turn the car over and it heats up it will loosen this screw and enable me to take it out. Thats all I have left to try. If it doesn't work for me then then I was going to have Pro Tree do it when I bring it in for my inspection, Oil change and some other stuff.
Any other thoughts as to why I can't get this plug out?

Only one stupid thought... are you sure it isn't a left-hand thread? Probably not, but I had to ask.
