    A SmokinStangs members idea....

Home of the SmokinStangs - Northeast Mustang Rally!
The below was posted in another thread http://www.smokinstangs.com/showthre...9747#post39747 & was copied here for clarity & further discussion:

Just an idea - but why can't we have an informal SmokinStangs gathering at NED on August 17-18th at the Ford Fest? Its short notice but quite a few members are going to be there anyway. Bob, what do you think?
The option to meet informally is always there...and we would love to see nothing more than to see/have SmokinStangs members converging on the scene.

Honestly, I'm a bit concerned about potential turnout for this one. Promotion wise, and social media wise...IMO this event seems to not be out there and/or in the radar!?!?!?

TASCA puts a cookie cutter flyer together, it goes on the NED website under the date....and that seems to be it!?!?!?
Also last year many complained about the entry fees [Racing, Spectating, and Show]....and for 2013 pricing looks to be no different.

SmokinStangs will (and always will) plan to help promote & endorse this event in any way shape, or form....as it is one of the last FORD/Mustang based hoorah's available at NED.
