true but you can see the sand scratches are pretty rough, and how it just "flaked" back like that shows lack of adhesion...

Unfortunately it would cost twice as much to sand off all the flaking paint and do it again
was messing with i can easily tear off large pieces of paint
the 2nd bumper had a junk paint job, had painted locally for $155 loooks kick ass now very happy
Really??? That sucks. I will never buy that route then. I guess just get a primed bumper then have it painted yourself.
