Here are some pics of my 86' Mercury Capri 5.0
I bought it in January of 07'
She is in the body shop right now from an accident over the summer but I couldn't let the car die.
I should have it back this spring and I surely miss driving her!
First this is how it was the day I went to pick it up.
And after a lot of clean up work.
Here is what the motor looked like when I bought the car.
Tore lots apart and lots of cleaning.
Here is what I have done to clean it up.
I suppose I can add some ugly pics too from the crash :(
Frame is now straight, was pushed over at least an inch plus.
Replacement quarter acquired
At Gene's Autobody in Manville, RI ( Awesome guys there, they loved the Capri too)
And how we are today. Come on SPRING!

I have always liked the capri and you have a really nice one, sorry to hear of your accident. The engine bay came out awesome I can appreciate the effort that went into it.
