And Ian, the refusal to serve gays really is a "straw man" sort of arguement. The actual wording of the bill simply prevents lawsuits against freedom to practice one's religion in terms of conducting business. The actual behavior is not regulated but society will judge those who would refuse service to individuals on basis such as being gay. This bill just means you can't sue them and says they have a right to offer their services to whomever they wish.
