Nice pics Dennis. One day I would love to build a cobra. I might talk to you via email about some ideas and get some of your input when I decide to do a project like that.
Quite a place Dennis....Lots of interesting stuff under that roof. Amazing the places that we have right here in our backyard....Wallingford, CT.
Did you happen to see one of these during your visit....a "Twin Paxton Supercharged Ford 427"
I also checked out their website and some of their in-car race videos. Nice resource...

If there was one there I didn't see it there were at least thirty engines in that room. The whole thing was just too much to take in I will need another trip down They also has two more orginal Shelby Cobra's one was a killer 427 Sc Outside they had a car transporter and inside they had two more GT 350 and a 68 Cougar they were all track ready These cars have been on and in a lot of the car Mags Road and Track Car and Driver but to get to see and stand among these famous race cars was pretty special Its something I won't forget any time soon Also all of the cars have to stay period correct for vintage racing for example they have disc brakes on the front of the 350's and drum on the rear the engines were all period correct its very interesting how they improve the cars but stay within the rules

I see yellow but no black. Dennis is there somthing your not telling us.Here are some more Photo's
All the Black GT 350's were Hertz rental cars and 99% were Automatics you would stand no chance Vintage racing with an auto and to keep it period correct you would have to leave it as an automatic thats why they are all white White a good color As hard as I looked there were no Yellow GT350's and I have looked real hard but none turned but if they do get one he said he would call me right away I see yellow but no black. Dennis is there somthing your not telling us.[/QUOTE]
