Try Maximum Motorsports. I believe they make a low profile version

I'd order a stock replacement set and grind the head down a bit. Do you have wider rear wheels/tires? I may have my old set in the garage if you'd like me to check.

I was going to go with the 17x10.5 on the rears but the 315/35-17 Tires are the problem here in the UK, the one place that I have found over here what £429 about $657 per tire!!!!

so I think i'll stick with the standard size for now.

Stock size bolts work fine, even with wide tires. I have the stock bolts on my car, with Nitto 315-35/17's. The bolts look SCARY close to the tire when the car is off the ground and the tires are "hanging" -- but when it's on the ground, the suspension loads and the tires move a couple of inches away from the bolts.
I think you'd have to do something really insane to get the suspension and tires to flex sideways enough to rub the bolts.

'Course everyone's car could be different depending on age, wear and upgrades.....

Nitto 315's are a bit narrower for some reason

Yeah. Its as if the sidewall doesn't "bulge" on this tire. I have the same rim and tire and had a 1/4" spacer on the car. I was told I don't need the spacer. I will try it without and see what happens.

Nitto's tires are manufatured more narrow than others. A 315 BFG vs a 315 Nitto are actually going to fit the car differently.
