Drag Race/On Track Insurance

Yes I am AFRAID....I have over 30k of my hard earned cash in that silly car and never mind all the time, some blood, alot of sweat and almost a few tears...I dont want it all to come to an end if I put it in the wall...!!!!! If it was insured then I would just rebuild it...but no insurance then no racy for me

thinking like that imo, you shouldnt leave your driveway with it then. is it covered on the street? yes...but it will NEVER be the same car for one. you might not get every cent back that you put into it as we all know how insurance companies are. you cant let that worry you imo.

This is definitely the situation in which I would look into a car strictly bought for racing. This is of course if you want to turn it into a hobby.

You can keep your car in perfect shape and still have fun out there on the strip or the track.

I know that this isn't ideal because you probably want to use the car you have put so much time into but it will save you from getting any grey hairs.

I hear you, but for me at least if I hurt it on the street I will get some money to help me repair or build another...on the track I get 0---just not worth it to me...I would rather pick up a beat 5.0 and run that..no worries...

haha..Ive never had good luck with them so I dont care for most of them. and i know if my car got smashed...I would get shit for a c4 trans an 8.8 rear end thats in the car...lol...deff not the $4k they are worth.

correct...like a regular car. until it decides to go track only. then Ill prob look elsewhere
