My incredibly intelligent friend managed to bend one of the bow guide pins for my vert top. The latch now sits a little funny and barely hooks. I've searched everywhere locally for them, no one seems to have the part. I know you can order them online, but I'm wondering about the uniqueness of that pin. Could I fudge it with something else? The only thing that looks unique about it is the disk in the middle. The rest just looks like a bolt. I worry about how well the top is sealing the watch the latch is acting. Insight?
