    I don't think you would loose your tune if that's the question. Loosing tunes due to dead batteries.....would be a problem of epidemic proportions.

    What your seeing may be conditional, as well as coincidence? I think there may be another underlying factor in play?!?!?

    I had the same problem with my 92 Gt..... In the 7 yrs I had it I was on my 2nd optima so I said the heck with it no more optima batteries!!! So, I was looking into buying a diehard battery and came across the "platinum" die hard of course it came with a platinum price but I'm a guy that.... You get what you pay for!! So far battery stays strong at 12.6 even if it sits for 2weeks and had it for 6 months and very happy with it so far.
