Why at the top of the Banner "bar" does it say "TWEET" and keep going between 0 and 1?

I think Bob has been playing with a Twitter plug-in. It looks like it supposed to show recent SmokinStang Twitter messages. I haven't looked into the site code myself (yet) to see for real.

I've never experienced this...and have always seen active content provided on my machines.I noticed that and the fact the twitter feed on the right hand side of the main forum screen constantly reads "Twitter session has timed out"
I'd be curious to find out if others have experienced the same, or if it is an isolated case? As this is the 1st I have heard

Does it occur at specifically, work, home, and/or both? My initial thought is that, it is specifically work/office related...and a result of a filter / firewall setting.
Hoping to get feedback from others, on what they actually see. All members/users should be seeing active real-time updates continuously
