I recently bought a new daily driver. So now I can open up my options for an aggressive DR on the street. Here is my problem now. I need a 275 35 18. The only one I found was this http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/overv...dial/1161.html and they claim its for sport compacts for some reason. Would these work? Or is there another option?

Nitto makes a 285/40 in there NT05R line also
Hmm would the 305s fit my 9.5 inch rims? I want to try and keep the height the same and go as wide as possible

Just got off the.phone with bf goodrich they said they only consider it a sport compact tire cuz of the size.. I would rather have the MTs though hope they will fit

Also should look at the Nitto 555r's - I run them on my 07 GT500........And IMO they rock
You'll have to check a size chart though.......

305's will fit a 9.5" fine. I run a 335 on 10.5" with some sidewall bulge.

Maybe Ill wait for the nice weather so you can show me how well they hook!! haha.
After doing research and taking tread wear into consideration I have narrowed it down between the bf goodrich drag radials (new tread design) 275/35/18. And the Nitto 555Rs 285/35/18. They both seem to be around the same price. If I could cut a 1.8 60ft at the track and have some better traction on the road I will be perfectly happy.

I run the Nitto's on my Saleen 295 / 35 /18's, they are DR's though .. Overall I think they are a solid tire ..
