Well after a 14 month wait due to the first importers Bonsai Cars going bust at the begining of this year, we now have had the Cobra collected from the docks
Yes this was the Cobra that was advertised on pistonheads by Bonsai Cars in March last year and for once in my life I went for it and beat alot of other people to the deal.
For more details on all the problems I have had read this as i was not alone:
http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/141274-im...nsai-cars.html
So now after talking to the exporter in Japan, which was a slow process which got slower once the earthquake hit, we came to a deal which released the car.
Now my next problem was getting the car collected and IVA'd etc, to which at short notice Ron at STS imports has come up trumps and colleted the car from Southampton last Wednesday and will be doing the honours over the next few weeks.
Today we went down to Rons place to see the bain of my life for the last year
and remember it has not had a wash for at least 14 months:-s
Roll on the next few weeks=P~
