Stock plugs, NGk plats or NGk iridium.

    For fi...I'd lean towards iridium.

Stay away from multi prong gimmick plugs

I run the NGK plugs & love 'em.

Home of the SmokinStangs - Northeast Mustang Rally!
You might consider a good old $2 Autolite plug if you plan to change them often. The high end plugs are intended to be run a long time. Also with FI a colder heat range plug is usually recommended.
I'm Rob. Working on my '93 Reef Blue coupe. Stock internal 302, 80mm MAF, 75mm TB, Victor 5.0, High Ports, 30# inj., B303, 1.6s, Tremec 3550-2, and 3.73s. Stock tune. Went 13.9 @ 109 on street tires.
