I'd love to get a Strut Tower brace installed in my 92............been dying to have this completed for over 3-years now!! This is a custom deal as the super charger, and the Anerson Power Pipe both are in the way. I bought and tried three different brands / models.....with no luck. Also, proof positive....am not going to reclock the blower for this either. I ideally want to use the MM piece and doctor it up some how.

I just picked up an 8.8 with 3.73s and 5 lug axles. I got most of my front brake parts, master cylinder and my 5 lug wheels. I can not wait to get this installed. I cleaned up the rear today, took off cover, repainted it and new gasket. I also repainted the backing plates. Thats my major stuff for this year, so I should be able to drive my car all summer and enjoy it. Oh yeah, I have to do the heater core, too.

I want to do a STB as well. I had a Steeda peice...but I sold it as I feel the MM is a better design mounting to the firewall pinch weld...so I need to pick one up.

Only real projects on my "to do" list is an SN95 03/04 Cobra steering rack swap in my Fox with the associated tie rods and MM bumpsteer kits......and reinstall the A/C

Bob a reputable shop should be able to make your stb work.
It needs to be heated and bent, or cut and rewelded to the proper shape to make it fit. Then, it just needs to be refinished in whatever you prefer. I've seen it done a few times online.

Exactly what I was thinking, now it's a matter of finding someone who can execute on that basis!!

Did you check with Dana? If not him, then you made need to find a reputable welding shop.

Still lots of work left, but we're getting there. Ed Day, here we come!!

Outside of the motor and tranny overhaul, we've gotta install a new interior, paint the car, and fix a few random things this year. We also have to five lug it, but finding the money for all this will be tough, lol.
