MM&FF just did a story on this Killer 92 Notchback.........Titled:
1992 Ford Mustang LX Coupe - No Expense Spared
Asim Kovacevic's Custom-Built '92 LX Coupe Was Worth Every Penny.
From the March, 2011 issue of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords
This was Asim's first Mustang, but he always had a thing for notchbacks. "I bought the car for like $5,000. It was a fun little car and ran 12s," Asim recalls. "I dumped about $5,000 into it before making it a project." So with an original budget of $40,000, Asim turned to his friend Diamond Hugo, owner of Diamond Fabrication in Warren, Michigan.
Once Diamond had the green light, he and his crew stripped the coupe and installed the 10-point rollcage, smoothed out the engine bay, and mocked up the remaining components. Meanwhile, Asim had Leif Glasius assembling a 363ci powerplant with a Lukovich Race Engines-modified Dart block, Diamond pistons, titanium rods, and Champion-ported Trick Flow Specialties Twisted Wedge heads. The 8.5:1 compression engine also features a Comp Cams bumpstick, an Edelbrock Victor Sr. intake, and a Wilson Manifolds elbow.
The coupe received a new Cervinis front fascia, a custom-built spoiler, and a generous application of PPG candy burgundy. And as you can see in the photos, even the underside of the car and rollcage are painted to match, with just as much attention to detail.

I personally am glad to see these other high dollar Foxbody's out there and being talked about!! I put some serious coin into my 92 Vert, and know many others that have as well.
I have often thought of what the ROI - Return on Investment would be, but never honestly cared, as I wanted to have the Fox my way, and to my personal liking. I also often thought that I must be insane for doing it as well, especially when people would ask how much I have invested in mine.....in my head I would always say "Damn....that's a lotta money." With each passing year, I feel better and better about the it though, as it is becoming more common place. I find more and more, high dollar foxbody Mustangs out there.....and that is very exciting to me. The landscape is changing for these foxbody Mustangs, as they are coming into there own.
I can say that I carry the same sentiment as the owner in the story post.......as I get positive affirmation everytime I get behind the wheel and fire up mine!!![]()

I saw this too. Awesome car. something like this is a car you just want to build and enjoy and not worry about any sort of return.
But one little thing sticks out to me. I just can't get past the fit of the front bumper/lights/hood. Its just looks like it's sagging
*Michael*
For all that $ he could have atleast aligned the head lights.
That a beautiful car -- even with the cattywompus headlights
The Fox Bodies are becoming the new standard that people are building to absolutely incredible levels -- the new version of the '34 Fords and other popular hot rod starting points of the past.
