ok sounds good. 1500 is most likely not a number i will achieve i just want something that will take alot of abuse at the 800-1000hp range.

It's the old 4 bolt main block that Ford used to sell prior to releasing the R302 block. Better cooling jackets IMO on the A4 block, which is why I bought a used one off of someone as being a street car, cooling would be important. I sat in bumper to bumper NYC traffic for 3-4 hours doing the MM&FF photoshoot and no issues with the car running too hot.Originally Posted by saleenstang88
