Not really answering your question, but I am not a fan of Electric Fans...!!!
I run a new, but stock fan with a Heavy Duty/Police Clutch and my Fox runs at 180 all day even when it is close to 90-if I stay out of the boost. Even if I am hard on the boost it might climb to 190ish but then drops back quickly. Another guy I know (Big T) has a Vortech Fox with an auto with the same fan setup as me and he runs 190 all day.
Many others on here run elec fans so they can help you out.

I run dual automatic (used to be on a Toggle........but was WAY TO RISKY) Electric fans, and have for a long time........but am not completely sold on them.......at least for street. Drag is a different story.
My 92 SC'd Fox with a new Boss 302 Block, and a Three (3) Core - Griffin Radiator, NEW Flex-A-Lite / Dual 12 Inch Puller Auto Electric 2500 CFM Fans [with 2-Stage Start Up Cycle - Ramps up to 30% -then - 100% at full cycle (Which minimizes the initial startup load)].
It never over heats......but runs extremely hot under all conditions (even in cool temps).

I use a 1995 mustang gt electric fan.
I use a bosch 75a relay and then a fan controller I got off summit that let's me program my on temperature. My car runs 190 all day and the fan is not really on all that often....even sitting in traffic on hot days as my car is a street car. I trust it.
Mark8 fan is the best to run, and a taurus 3.8l is another good fan.

I will be an odd one out on this. I run a switch. I love the set up. 99% of the time I don't need it, and it's easy and ready to go when I do. It's easy to get things running. The fan is loud enough I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it off.
I'm with Mark on this one..i run the same set up on my s/c cobra as Mark does and never had a problem..My silver 93lx i just picked up has a electric fan set up and i'm in the process of switching to the "stock" set up. Not a huge fan of electric fans I dont trust them. JMO.....maybe when we start racing the silver 93 we might change our minds.

Flexalite shrouded single, with both temp and switch.... so i guess I'm the odd one out. Runs 180-190 all day despite temp, unless its below 45 out then I need to cover part of the radiator just to get the thermostat to open.... I like the switch as a backup, though the temp control that came with the flex kit has been very reliable. its also nice to be able to switch it on ahead of time if you know you're going to get stuck in traffic/long stop light etc. If I was SC I could understand going the mechanical fan route for pure reliability, but as is I want every hp I can squeeze out....
