Four (4) Questions:
1. Would this be acceptable to you as an owner?
2. What would you do in my position?
3. How many times has this happened in the past?
4. Shouldn't Any/All data provided by the Ford Performance Group and Ford Special Vehicle Team be 100% Accurate & True (Especially Production & Build Information)?

My answers are:

1) Hell NO!!!

2) After multiple attempts, it would seem that the next course of action would be to get an attorneey involved, if you really want to do that. I doubt if I would. My expectation is that the most you would get out of it is a refund of the fee for the document and a refusal to provide another.

3) Who knows?

4) Hell YES!!! Especially if you paid for it.

I would be upset too, but....the reality is the second you put the pulley on there your warranty went right out the window. Unfortunately that's probably the route Ford is going to go when you bring this up to them.

That person who was posting up in the gt500.com forum sounds like they know what they are talking about. I would go to a Ford dealer and get that OASIS report run ASAP. That will probably at least get you pointed in the right direction.

Secured the OASIS Report this late morning. Here it is!!

Not very elaborate, and or detailed by any means......IMO. Actually almost has a higher level of detail on the Extended Warranty coverage I purchased on the car?!?!?

Discovered that in the photo with Tony Swan (above), the GT500 Vert looks to be a Tungsten (Gray / Grey) Tape Stripe. Mine are white as delivered...

On my window sticker under optional equipment it lists: Tag 042d171 c c 131, which is a White Tape Stripe.

BUT.......It still very well could be (A non-painted tape stripe can be easily changed)

Based on the photo I of the sticker, the white stipe option looks as if it was added......after the fact (See highlighted area....Print is bolder & the "0" reference is out of alignment?
Also I think the "0" should have actual been listed as "No Charge"
