SHELBY GT500/TERMINATOR SHOOTOUT (Heads-up with .400 Pro Tree)

Reserved for 2007 – 2009 Shelby GT500 and 2003 – 2004 Mustang Cobras

This is always fun match up. I wonder why the 2010-20011 GT500's can't come out and play?????

I would love to participate.......but no cage in the VERT GT500 has left me a hostage. I will not put a cage in this 07 Pre-production Shelby for obvious reasons.

Looking forward to the event overall!!

Again a whopping dissapointment in drag racing classes. Same crap from Tasca Day last year. There is no money to win in anything but bracket racing?! wtf. Outlaw heads up would be a cool class to watch but you don't draw any cars when there is no money in the pot. Also, the rules in Street Shootout, which my car should fit into, don't make any sense. Again, they drop the limit on the turbo size but I can run any ProCharger?! So I can drop an F3 on my small block but can only run a 70mm turbo?!

At least they ripped off the True Street from FFW, although, no money to run that either.

You will be parking by show classes. But there will be a few tents/canopies, and often someone brings a grill and others pitch in with burgers, dogs, condiments, etc.. Not sure if anyone is doing that this year -- it'll be mentioned on here if it is....

If you haven't been to NED before, and the above doesn't happen -- the food isn't too expensive and is decent. (Dog Bowl of fries!) Most people bring coolers of their own drinks at least. You want to bring some folding chairs.

Ian.....That would be awesome. I think "The ROCK" is the perfect meeting spot for this as proven as years past!!

I will be at the track for 7AM.....you have my cell.....just buzz/text me with your ETA, and I'll be ready for the "Stang Train" to roll into NED. I am hoping that someone shoots some vid of the cruise, as I normally do ever year.
